Unique exercises will help to remove the double chin quickly. These exercises can help tighten up the skin around your jawline and reduce the appearance of the double chin. They should be performed at least 4-6 times not only to those who already have a double chin but also to everyone as a preventative action so that double chin does not appear at all. 

Tongue Stretching ( Use your tongue to reach the tip of the nose)

Surprised? This is a stretching of the tongue, and actually, it helps a lot to eliminate the double chin. All you have to do is, stick out your tongue with all your strength and try to reach it to the tip of your nose. Try your best until you feel the tension. Do not notice how quickly the skin tightens? After you release your tongue down. Return to starting position, relax, take a few breaths and exhale. Make sure to perform this exercise like 15 times every day, and in a short time frame, you will see the result. 

Open your mouth so wide

Tilt your head backward and open your mouth so wide. You should feel a lot of tension under your jaw. Count to 25 in your mind and slowly close your mouth. Repeat this exercise many times.

Kiss the Roof

This exercise will improve the strength of your neck muscles and target your jawline as well.

  • Stand in a comfortable position, and head tilted back.
  • Pucker your lips while staring at the ceiling and visualize as if you are attempting to kiss the ceiling. You will feel a lot of tension on your chin, make sure to extend your lips as far as you can to feel the stretch in your neck and chin.
  • Maintain this position for 8 seconds and return to the origin position.
  • Perform two sets with ten repetitions per set.

Push your chin

Place your chin on your two fists and press your chin muscles on your hands. Note, you need to tighten your chin muscles, not your neck. Hold for 4-5 seconds, Relax and repeat the exercise 20 times.

Press your tongue on the upper palate

Tilt your head back, press your tongue to the upper palate and hold it for 8-10 seconds, then return to your original position. Take a few deep breaths and exhale and repeat the process. Do like ten reps in total.

Chin forward

Lift your chin up, push forward, and stay in that position for 10 seconds. Relax and repeat the exercise 2-3 more times.

Massage the chin

Perform a light massage in the direction from the middle of the chin to the ears and back. This will improve blood circulation in the chin, which in the long run, it will have a beneficial effect in getting rid of that unwanted double chin.

Note: The most important thing about these exercises is to do them consistently. And also, replace sugar and pastries food with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and add more protein to your diet.
