BLOOD TYPE A
Someone with this blood type should focus on more plant food and a low-fat diet. They have a tolerant immune system, a predisposition to diseases of heart, diabetes, allergies, cancer, and a sensitive digestive tract, resistant to stress, adapt quickly to the environment or diet, and require a vegetarian diet to remain in shape.

BLOOD TYPE AB
Someone with blood type AB can consume any food recommended for blood types A and B. They have an advantage over other blood types. They can eat many different foods. They have a sensitive digestive tract, a very tolerant immune system, and respond well to stress.
If you have AB, you have probably noticed that your body does not digest what you ate faster. This is because you do not have enough stomach acid to digest large amounts of animal protein, and they are stored in the form of fat.

BLOOD TYPE O
